EASBA (East Anaheim Street Business Alliance) was formed to promote the Zaferia District of Long Beach, California and its community. EASBA collects information about users who communicate with the organization by e-mail, request information and register for programs on the zaferia.org website. If users fill out surveys, enter contests and purchase items on the zaferia.org website, then their information may also be added to our database. EASBA may also track website page views, usage patterns and related information. All of the information gathered by EASBA from the zaferia.org website will be used for internal purposes only and will not be sold to third parties or external entitites.
Aggregated information that does not identify individuals personally may be combined with similar information obtained from other users to assist EASBA continuously improve the zaferia.org website and services. The aggregated Information may include which pages are most frequently visited or which features are most appealing to users. The aggregated information will also be used to help EASBA promote the Zaferia District of Long Beach, California.
Personally identifiable information may also be used for other purposes, including but not limited to site administration, troubleshooting, purchase processing, contest administration, and occasional communication. EASBA will use all collected information in compliance with the law.

Zaferia.org is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age, and EASBA does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from or about children under the age of 13, except as permitted by law. If EASBA discovers it has received any information from a child under 13 in violation of this policy, we will delete the information immediately.
